Refund policy

At La Reine Collections , we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help!


1. Returns Eligibility

You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All tags and labels are still attached.
  • The item is not a final sale product or a custom-made item.


2. Store Credit for Returns

If you change your mind, the item doesn’t fit, or you don’t love it, we will issue store credit. Store credits will be issued via a gift card or voucher. Store credits do not expire and can be used on any future purchase.

Note: Refunds to the original payment method will only be provided if the item is faulty or incorrect (see below).

 

3. Faulty or Incorrect Items

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for:

  • Faulty items (e.g., manufacturing defects).
  • Incorrect items received.

Only faulty items can be refunded.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please contact our customer care team at contact@lareine.au with photos and your order details, and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.


4. How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at contact@lareine.au to initiate a return. Include your order number, item details, and reason for return.
  2. We’ll provide instructions and a return address.
  3. Ship your item back (tracking is recommended for safety).

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


5. Exchanges

If you’d like a different size or colour, you can use your store credit to reorder your preferred item. We cannot hold stock, or guarantee that the item will still be in stock during this time. fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
